WE STAYED IN THE STALLION'S BOX, ONE OF THE SEVERAL OUTBUILDINGS ON BUNGAREE STATION. IT WAS NEAT AND CLEAN, WELL SUPPLIED WITH UTENSILS AND FOOD. BUNGAREE STATION IS CLOSE TO CLARE AND HANDY TO A WIDE RANGE OF ATTRACTIONS IN THE WONDERFUL CLARE VALLEY. THE MANAGER WAS VERY WELCOMING AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, AND, ON HER RECOMMENDATION, WE ENJOYED A RELAXING, ONE-HOUR WALK AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE STATION IN THE COOL OF THE EARLY EVENING.
