The customer service was excellent however we had AC issue in our room it was immediately fixed which was in convenience (2 hour) nothing was offered for the inconvenience but overall, the stay was good

We were in a room directly onto of the bar you could hear the music in our room. It was very annoying also the air conditioner was very loud.
