"The room was clean, staff was very accommodating, temperature in room was great, water pressure good. I like how the sink was outside the bathroom so someone could be bathing & using toilet in private, and someone could be getting dressed, drying hair, putting on makeup privately as well. It was nice having a microwave where the ice machine was located. The area was quiet. The drawers in the nightstand and dresser were a little damaged and were unable to be used. I will stay here again."

"This hotel reminded me of the Marriott Bonvoy I stayed in, in Detroit, about a month ago, for a show downtown. The staff were so personable, I felt like I was back home, near Detroit. Real, interesting, engaging people who actually talk to their guests, as the same. All I've needed is a clean bed, and a shower, each time, and I got waaaay more out of aloft - BWI. From the guests singing karaoke at the bar, the lady spinning the music, the front desk staff, to both airport shuttle drivers, EVERYONE I spoke to, real people. Successful stay, and I will stay at this hotel, again. "
