Packing up we realized the room itself was in terrible shape. Food stains on walls, dirty linens, pieces of food along walls. I wanted to try to make it work so I asked for a vacuum. I kept finding more disgusting things. Even the ice bucket and tray were coated in sticky goo. Microwave was unplugged. Found out it had a burnt smell inside. We left 2 hours later after thinking about it over dinner. Front desk man said Nisha the manager would refund in the morning. I called, expressed my concerns and she said because I “used” the room (mind you we didn’t sleep there) we couldn’t get a refund and hung up on me. When Hotels called, she claimed I trashed the room. "
