A guest let me in and told me it was the back door and how to get to the lobby . When you call for help or directions no answer automated!! Really bad in the dark no where to go"

"It was a great stay right on the river. The check in was fast and seamless, the hotel looked nice right as you walk in and all through out with a great open feel from the elevators to the hotel interior to the room. Awesome path right down the stairs to walk with your family, as a couple ,or just soloing it. It felt close to anything you want to do in ausin."

Really great vibe going on around the hotel with Rainy street right around the corner and there are a lot of things to walk to. We are already looking forward to staying here again!"
