"The location is perfect , located on top of a metro station you can literally take the escalator to the metro right outside the front door. There’s a family mart a short distance from the hotel, this was an excellent discovery while on the trip, would definitely stay here again"

"I don’t know why people rave about this hotel , except that is well located , next to Roppongi metro station . The room was not cleaned property , the red decorative blanket on the bed was dirty ( looked like vomit, yuk ) . Hotels should get rid of these, we all know they don’t washed between guests ! And don’t they’ll me the cleaning staff did not see that. They just placed it on the bed, dirty part down , thinking the next guest won’t see it ? Disgusting ! Also , one of the large towels had long , black hair in it . Yuk again. I went down to the reception and one of the gentleman there came to me to the room at my request , to remove the two items . He offered to give me another room, but by that time I had already unpacked and I was not going to redo the whole process all over again . I told him that I expect him to inform his manager about my findings and that I expect an apology from him, but nobody contacted me. This is how much they care about their clients 🤔.The chair in the room was dirty too and the bathroom had a foul smell . The room was extremely tiny, and it had no stand for your carry on to unpack. They need one of these, it can placed under the table. The check in & out were fast and efficient. The only plus was that they had more types of tea by reception ( none of the other hotels had anything but green tea), but no face cream or makeup remover like every other hotel had . I won’t stay here again, a clean hotel is a must for me and this was not clean ."

"The Grand Hyatt is the perfect luxury stay in Tokyo. The rooms are beautiful, and the property is centrally located in the vibrant Roppongi neighborhood. Will definitely be back!"

"if you must stay at this hotel, do not stay in room 402, due to smell in room , very noisy . Hotel could only switch our room for the next 2 nites for 46,900 yen. so we went down the street to check $ on next hotel where we got a premium suite for only 33,000 yen. So we moved hotels maybe other rooms are better look in by the pictures in the annex but I know those better hotels. This is the third hotel we stayed in in Japan and the first two were amazing compared to this hotel but if you get it for a good price it may work for you"
