Conveniently close to the Beppu station and main shops in a quiet street. The layout of the apartment is a little unusual, but not a problem. However, there is a 30cm-high step between the living/bedroom area and the kitchen/bathroom area, and this would definitely be a problem for anyone with mobility issues."

"Old hotel but refurbished inside. Staff so friendly and rooftop pool great but they need to sort out the lifts as you can only call the pool lift by using the disabled button.
