I brought this to the attention of management and they promptly moved us to an upgraded room that was very clean. I appreciated the quick resolution. "This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."
