"Our room was freezing with the main heater broken, so they setup a plugin heater which they hadn't turned on before we checked in. The hotel seems to be owned by someone who no longer cares - there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom wall, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, poor heating, moldy pillow, and the food was questionable at best. I wouldn't go back."

"Good large clean room with seating area as well as bed. Great view to Cairngorms. Rustic restaurant with reasonable eange of options. Only one beer available in the bar that night but many many whiskies. "

"The breakfast did not feel fresh, the coffee tea and coffee was pretty disgusting, having 4 adults come to the same conclusion.
Perhaps ok for young families, but inspecifically booked this hotel for its proximity to the town centre with a pool and gym, not realising they open from 8-8… that was no good for our stay, I was hoping to have done the early workout and swim - so we got no use of the facilities and they were across the campus from where we stayed…
Perhaps beginner lesson in using this site, but quite off out by the bar and breakfast setup with young children running round everywhere… perhaps make it clearer or segregate guests better…

"Easy to check in. Access was via a door code that you get sent on the morning of your stay, so you could come and go as you please. Easy to park right outside the door. Amazing location for access to the centre of Aviemore. Everything was in walking distance. Nice room with a kitchenette. The only issue was the noise from some of the other rooms. I'm not sure if the walls are thin or we were just unlucky with noisy neighbours! I would still stay again though! "
