"Stay in Stratford for business trip to London. Finding the hotel was not straightforward as it’s in the Westfield Centre. Parking is available in the centre if needed. Hotel room has everything I needed. Thanks to Chaya and Charles for sorting out an extra night."

"Upgraded to a suite on arrival. Suite was lovely but small, struggled to get around the bed. Staff all lovely and helpful. Pizza at night was very nice along with drinks in the bar. Breakfast was ok - bacon was burnt but selection was good. Great location for Abba arena and Stratford station. Air con not good so room was very warm. All in all good value and would stay again "

"I cant recommend this hotel highly enough, at check in the very kind and helpful Mohammed upgraded our room at no extra cost as he saw that my 6ft3" son was going to be uncomfortable on a sofa bed, the hotel its self was very clean and tidy and very tastfully decorated, a really nice touch having a gym also on site. the room was nice,clean and cosy, the bed was comfy too which is always a risk when booking hotels. We had the breakfast in the morning which catered for everyones tastes, from full english to pastries and cereal. We will definately be staying jere when we visit London again.A**"

"We had an accessible room and whilst large the shower was awful. It was a wet room situation and the water went everywhere up to the toilet and almost to the door!!!"

"Very clean. Chef at breakfast couldn’t cope with using more than one pan, therefore the food on the plate went cold. Reception and breakfast greeter were great. Bar staff could have been more attentive. Room was excellent."
