"The facilities were comfortable. All the staff we encounter were friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our air conditioner. The fan was blade was broken. Once we told the front desk, they sent the maintenance man and he was at our room in less than 10 minutes. Once there, he replaced the broken fan and the AC worked great. "
