"This is a rather old hotel. It took us a while to locate it, because the name of the hotel was changed. Onsens were very dark, small and uninviting. Buffet dinner and breakfasts were plentiful in volume, but not in quality. It did not offer hardly any fresh sea foods. "

Don't be misled by the "hostel" designation of this guest house - it is really a boutique, luxury residence in the heart of Daikon Island. "Good experience for the stay"

"Nice overnight stay in a traditional old ryokan. Last-minute booking ended us up in an awkwardly tiny room but the Onsen was lovely and good breakfast. Hostess was very helpful finding us a dinner spot. Handy location near the beach."
