"We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

For the breakfast, limited choices and quantity of food were provided. If some hot food has been eaten by other guests who came earlier, there is no way to get it.

The. Staff were very helpful and our room was perfect for us. In fact the bed was so comfortable that we struggled to get up in the mornings! "
"Kamppi is a lively area. Near the hotel, there are lots of shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket next door, which is very convenient.
The room is clean and modern. The photos on the web may be slightly confusing, as some are taken from other rooms. Still, the rooms should be big enough for one or two people. I love the sauna room on the top floor, too, which is very clean.
However, if you book via Expedia and arrive in Helsinki extremely early (I arrived before 6am), there may be a chance that you will not get the door code right away. The staff told me that Expedia only paid them at 7am, and they could only provide me with the door code for luggage drop off after the payment. I contacted the staff for that, and the communication was smooth. "

There are also plenty of grocery stores within walking distance. Variety of dining restaurants are lacking, but there are plenty for a quick bite."
