The entryway into my room was the size of many hotel rooms I've had in Japan. It made winter dressing and disrobing, a thankless sport, easier than what I experience at home. The open shelving and hanger situation is also a bit of genius allowing damp togs to dry and also allowing for visual organization and space to repack as items lose situational relevance during planned activities. I loved the desk window area, but spent no time using them because OUTSIDE was the reason to be in town. I hope to plan more downtime into my next stay so I can take advantage of the well-appointed room, comfy bed, and shiny digs near many fun social eateries and activities. A great small chain find. "
