"The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, number 801 which had a great view and was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a had a great variety. The property has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool which I always appreciate. Free bikes were fun to use for exploring the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and walk to Old Town was about 10 minutes. All in all a nice stay!"

"The La An is a wee oasis in what can be a very busy Hoi An - especially if you are there at the same time as us (New Year). Hoi An can be super busy so it is great to have a place like the La An to retreat to. Anna, the hostess is lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly. She recommended the Memories of Hoi An show - unbelievably brilliant - if you go to Hoi An you must visit this - a fantastic spectacle that we only heard of through Anna. A brilliant hotel - I would recommend this to anyone"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hoianan Boutique Hotel in Hoi An. The location is excellent — close to the Old Town and right in front of the night market, which makes it very easy to explore the area both during the day and in the evening. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after walking around town. Breakfast was good and satisfying, and the staff were consistently nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel in a convenient location, and I would gladly stay here again."

"Perfect family escape – peaceful, spacious, and memorable We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa as a family of 9, and honestly, we enjoyed it soooo much. This place was exactly what we didn’t know we needed. The kitchen itself was great and well-designed, although there were no kitchen utensils provided at first (apparently for safety reasons). Slightly confusing when you book a villa with a kitchen to cook. The staff quickly came to the rescue and brought us the basic cooking essentials from the main kitchen. The villa is a bit isolated from shops and busy areas, but for us, that was a huge plus. We were escaping noise, traffic, and crowds and this place delivered total peace and quiet. Everything felt very new and well maintained, the view to the beach was beautiful, and the pool was stunning. The kids absolutely loved the playhouse, and honestly even just walking down the pathways felt calming and enjoyable. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for family time. And the staff? Extra friendly, warm, and helpful—they really made us feel welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay, perfect for families looking to slow down, relax, and actually enjoy being together. Would happily come back (and maybe bring our own spatula next time 😉)."

"The hotel staff was so incredibly supportive and helpful during our 3 night stay. The room was large and comfortable and the area felt very quiet and safe. You can see the area around the hotel is still recovering from the flooding but that didn’t affect our experience at all. We are the epitome of showing up without plans so meeting Ruby at the front desk was delightful! She helped up book day trips, shows, dinners and massages! We loved every minute at the Gem and would definitely stay there again! "
