A lovely place to stay very inexpensive the room is a little smaller than we would normally book but for the location it was something I was happy to accept plus we had a balcony. The host is very nice and accommodating and yes the bathroom is tight and the water does go over the toilet but drys up quickly with a wipe. Thank you for your hospitality we enjoyed our stay and great location.

The hotel has an amazing placement within walking distance of pretty much everything. The hosts are the nicest people and were extremely helpful with recommendations, laundry, taxis etc. I can highly recommend!

The location is good. Walking distance to Old Town n river activities. The family runs this hotel are very friendly easy going pple. Recently they added a lift and tats very useful to take us to our upper floor rooms.

The couple with daughter run the hotel. They are sooo amazing, helpful, friendly. I have booked excursions through them. They provided great information. Location is perfect - just off main area, thus quiet wile still very close to Hoi An center. Overall amazing.

We were very close to all the sights that we wanted to see and could see the old town from our room. The room itself was good, the bathroom a bit weird as the shower wet the whole bathroom, so the toilet was wet. The TV also had no channels, so could only access netflix. Staff were lovely, they always said goodnight and good morning, they also gave us a leaving gift. Would stay again

The location of this his property is in excellent. It’s quiet yet 3 minute walk into the heart of old town. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are not great. Beds are in need of an upgrade. More than acceptable parts of the bathroom had mold as well as parts of the interior walls.The air conditioning did work great which was a plus. We only stayed for 2 nights and that was enough.

Right in the centre of it all which was great (but not if you’re looking for peace which we weren’t). The room has a balcony overlooking the river and the city nightlife. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Bed was very uncomfortable and blind in bathroom was mouldy. No breakfast available but lots of places to eat nearby. Water provided daily. Had a couple of issues with room which were fixed immediately - light and fridge not working. Was good that you could detach key from power card so that fridge could be kept on while out.

Good value and location for the price.

Great location and cute little family run hotel with a small pool you can chill in with some beers. We stayed on the 3rd floor and while there wasn't much for views off our small balcony, we also didn't spend a ton of time in our room. We did have a bunch of roosters right behind the villa that went off every morning at 6-7am but it just made us get up and get moving. :) Room was clean and had the essentials. Bed was mid - not the most comfortable, but did the job. No fault of the owners, but on our final night/morning we woke up to welding and sledgehammering literally right against our wall, so it was a super rude awakening at 7am and the workers didn't care. Forced us to pack up and get out quick as the noise was unbearable.

Our rooms were lovely and very clean and the location is convenient - about 5 minute walk to the old town. But the thing that stood out for us was the service. They were all so friendly and helpful, providing extra supplies and late checkout for my wife when she was unwell.
