"The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Liked the table and chairs. Shower was great plenty of power and hot water.
Loved the lounge and the fact that there were wine glasses.
BREA"
"The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again."
"Overall the stay was good, with just a couple of points that let it down.
Breakfast on the first morning was quite disappointing in that we sat down and it was 35 minutes before our order was taken and another 20 minutes before it arrived.
There were a number of vases of wilted/dead flowers around the rooms.
Silly point, but the toilet roll holder was impossible to use without the roll coming off and shooting across the floor.
Teapots need to be provided as standard at breakfast.
The staff are...
"A well run hotel...very clean room....and stayed on a Sunday evening when no food served so can't comment....but would recommend the hotel and will stay again...staff very helpful and lovely choice of beers at the bar....and shops close by"
"Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely.
All staff were pleasant and helpful.
We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals.
Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice.
Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location.
Would definitely recommend staying here."
