"The only issue I had was getting on the shuttle from the airport. I waited over an hour but never saw the shuttle after calling several times and being assured they were on the way. However, upon arrival at the hotel after calling an uber, the service was great! I do not remember the woman’s name at the front desk, but she was very apologetic and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "
