It’s a good hotel. Always disappointed when you walk up to the counter with a load of bags and then the person on reception says ‘how can I help’ as if it wasn’t obvious The first thing asked for is ID, I didn’t immediately have any photo ID but mentioned that I had stayed at the hotel the previous week. The receptionist said…what does that have to do with anything. What happened to the days when the person on reception says ‘welcome back’ because there is a flag on their system. Finally the property is well located and in good condition. Their front of house service on this instance was extremely poor and would prevent me from revisiting given I also stay in the other 2 neighbouring hotels on a regular basis
