"Room was clean and comfortable, but the real bonus was the location and surrounding amenities. My favorite coffee shop, grocery store, numero7s lunch and dinner choices and even had my oil changed and truck washed within sight of the hotel. Just minutes from anywhere in the city. Looking forward to our next stay."

"It was a clean room, however, for the price, you could get a way better room somewhere else. The lady that registered my stay, was rude, distracted and extremely slow. The lady doing my check out was much better. I stay in hotels a lot for work, on average 60% is spent in hotels vs. home. They really needs to step it up."

"There were crack pipes and needles all over the ground. There was urine and feces in the hallways. There were people drugged out of their minds laying on the front lawn. There was constantly at least four sets of legs dumpster diving at all times. The crackhead next to me came out. Didn't even look human screaming and yelling. The toilet seat when I went to use the bathroom had no bolts in it. And nearly killed myself when the toilet seat slipped off. The sheets and the comforters were burnt...
