"The room was a good size but the floors and bathroom were dirty. The towels were clean. They should provide 1 bottle of water everyday you are there instead of just 1 for the whole stay. It's also in a part of town that gets noisy at night so if loud noise isn't your thing, stay somewhere else."

"Property needs a serious overhaul as soon as possible and as fast as possible. Departments need to be trained on a regular basis. (Engineering contractors need to be instructed to conduct any conversations in an area out of guest view.) First room alloted wasn't great and had a rather disgusting health faucet. Second room was decent. Coffee mugs were broken and caused a spill. (IRD) Received no apologies regarding the same. Hallways were a mess and were dirty, with footprints and dust. Housekeeping trolleys were kept in the reception lobby throughout the day. Did not feel that this hotel was a part of IHCL except for the staff service."
