The apartment was spacious, with a very comfy bed, nice hot shower, and handy kitchenette (especially the coffee machine). A kettle but no microwave, but plenty of food places around so it wasn’t missed at all. However the standout was the communication. I had a number of questions (the existing information was great, I just had a few extra things to ask) and they were always really easy to get hold of and really clear and helpful with any questions. Highly recommended.

Location of the hotel is great. price is very good for the quality. No other service is available. I bought toilet paper myself after the one they left there. I stayed for ten days. So it is a little longer than normal. thank you!

Great Facilities and location.

The Raise Heraklion was clean and modern. Updated facilities including the bathroom. In a busy part of town during the day but had not noise issues at night. Walking distance to the port and City Center. Overall, great for my short stay but could work for a longer staff of a single or couple visiting Heraklion and Crete.

Overall, really good property and I would definitely recommend. I stayed in Basic Studio 1 and it was very spacious with a double bed, 2 seater table, sofa (that could also be a double bed), kitchenette, balcony, and spacious bathroom area with a rainfall shower. The balcony area was large and also had seating for 2 with a table, and a clothes horse to dry clothing. Amenities include an iron and iron boarding, a hair dryer, kettle, coffee machine, under-counter fridge (that was quite big considering, and also has a small freezer section), a plug-in stove top that could accommodate a single pan, a toastie machine, a large sauce pan, large frying pan, and cutlery and crockery for 2 people. It’s worth noting that there’s no microwave, proper toaster, or actual oven, if you’re wanting to cook. Hop-on tourist bus stop right outside the apartment building. My only issues are that it’s a keypad to get into the building and your room (no reception or anything). You should receive this information in an email prior to your arrival but I never did (nor did I know that you needed this key-code). Luckily was able to call and get it over the phone. Was then told on the phone I’d receive the information in a text. Never received an email or a text from them. So make sure you get that code in advance. Also, there’s a pizza restaurant adjoined to the staircase / entrance of the flats. It’s a good restaurant and very convenient. But could get a bit noisy in the evenings if you had kids.

Zuerst : nicht alle Zimmer/Apartments sind 30mq so wie auf Expedia steht, meine war wesentlich kleiner als 30mq. Mein Zimmer war direkt auf : einen Kindergarten mit lauter Kindern und Erzieherinnen tagsüber und eine Pizzeria mit lauten Gästen abends. Die clean Ladies waren nett aber auch laut mit ihren Telefonaten. Das Standort ist optimal wenn man nicht in den Tourismus Chaos will, 10/12 Minuten laufen ist man im Zentrum. Die Kommunikation mit dem Büro war einfach schlecht, sie reagieren einfach zu spät auf extra Fragen/Wünschen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: leider innerhalb einer Woche keine Zimmerreinigung, es gab auch kein Putzzeug zum selbst reinigen. Also nach 2 mal Strand war der Boden sandig, was unangenehm war. Und eine Microwelle wäre schön gewesen

Nettes Appartment direkt im Zentrum von Heraklion. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, inkl. Super Restaurants. Wir waren für einen Langzeit Urlaub dort und waren begeistert. Einziges Manko (da wir häufiger in Heraklion Apartments mieten) es wird nur auf Anforderung und extra Zahlung zwischendurch geputzt welches nicht so einfach zu organisieren war, selber kann man nicht putzen da kein Gerät vor Ort ist. Trotzdem werden wir wegen der Lage gerne wieder kommen !

Même si un peu écarté du centre-ville historique, cela demeure à une distance-temps à pieds très raisonnable, et près de l’excellent restaurant Merastri, exceptionnel à tous égards à ce prix là. Ensemble de bon goût et confortable. En face, une boulangerie un peu chère (mais chic) pour le petit-déjeuner.
