Good size modern room. Shower was very big. Good value. Restaurant was very good but, little pricey. Clean, safe parkade. 10 min drive to downtown.

Hotel is behind the station and about 10 minutes walk away in the area being renovated. Tram runs into the old town so not a problem as it is a long walk.. Hotel is modern and great restaurant and bar. Lovely roof terrace. Couple of good restaurants nearby and a great wine bar.

We loved the espresso machine by the elevator close to our room. The staff was very friendly and very professional.

The bed was very hard and the pillow non existent. I had a horrible night sleep. The bed covers made me too hot but when i took them off i was cold.

I asked at immediately after check in if i could move room as I was right next to the elevator and the noise would disturb me. I was told the hotel was full and that I couldn't be moved but I went on to the hotel website straight away and found that I could book a room of the same type at that time as they had availability. This really annoyed me but I didn't challenge as I was in the wrong frame of mind.

Good, short stay
We had an unexpectedly long travel day and got to the hotel well passed check-in time but our room was waiting for us. Bleary eyed, we went strait to our room and crashed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were disappointed about not have a coffee service in the room, but found it in the hall for our entire floor. Only wish it had to go cups since we didn’t find it until we were on our way out.

We loved our stay at Qube! The reception staff were helpful and friendly, the room was really clean and well thought out. Our favourite thing was the bed was soooo comfy, we slept so well. The local area is nice and there is a beautiful plaza nearby where locals sit outside and drink wine and eat into the evening. Will definitely stay there if we visit Heidelberg again.

The hotel was absolutely great, brand new, and very modern. Staff all around were very pleasant and helpful. The bar looks great and was very cosy, great place for a nightcap 😃 We had no time for breakfast but the buffet looked really good, so we will definitely be back.

Das Hotel ist neu und liegt in einem neuen schoenen Stadtteil. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben einen guten Zuschnitt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Auf dem Flur steht eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher für Tee und das kostenfrei. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bäckereien. Die Bar im Hotel ist gemütlich und das dortige Personal einfach Klasse. Nur die Mixgetränke sind preislich im oberen Bereich, aber sehr gute Cocktails. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof hin mit Balkon. Es ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Bieten Frühstück, Abendessen und eine Bar. Tramstation gleich um die Ecke, ebenso andere Cafés, ein Kino, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parken kann man gut in den umliegenden Straßen ohne große Parkplatzsuche. Mit der Tram ist man in wenigen Stationen in der Altstadt. Waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
