"Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion"

"Went with my family and our dog, it was a great quiet little hotel. Every morning we walked around the grassy backyard and had breakfast in the seats outside our room door. I would definitely come back to this hotel."

"There is really nothing negative I can say about The Queensbury. The room and hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. The restaurants were busy and their staff was relaxed and very helpful. We will be returning. The only thing I missed was the chips they gave you towards breakfast."

"The AC in my room did not work so I was hugely disappointed with that. Maintained 72°which way too high for me. Soundproofing should be considered. You hear everything from hallway and adjoining rooms. Bathroom super clean. Room very nice"
