Instead, I booked a double queen and although the room was nice enough, they put my daughter and I on the 4th floor with a bunch of families surrounding us. All I heard was kids and mom yelling and babies crying late into the night and early in the morning. A few other minor things, our toilet clogged, our mini fridge didn’t keep anything cold or even cool, and the hot tub was temporarily down. They did offer a voucher upon checkout when I mentioned the fridge so that was nice. Next time I’ll ask for a quieter part of the hotel."

"The only issue we have are the beds. Have stayed there several times and every bed is so noisy. Every time you move or roll over they the squeaking wakes you up. "
