"Upon arrival no staff at front desk to check us in. The maintenance man came in and gave us a key, said someone would be here soon to check us in. Other guests were waiting as well. The room had no towels, bed sheets were dirty and very wrinkled, no tray in microwave and so on....... Finally after about an hour the GM arrived, gave us keys to another room. This room was acceptable but many maintenance issues. The bathroom door was cracked, mold on ceiling, dirty shower curtain & bathtub wouldn't drain due to a disgusting hair jam!! The big gob of hair was removed after we reported it. The outside of the property needs painted and cleaned up. The second night we were there they were outside in the parking lot, 8:30 pm at night pressure washing! I had just been released from the hospital after having surgery! Oh please...we asked/told the GM to put a stop to it, which she did. This hotel is the worst! Do not recommend at all!! I feel I deserve at least a partial refund and will contact Motel 6 corporate offices if Hotels.com won't do anything. "
