Nicely updated rooms. The location couldn’t be better in Missoula. I think the owners name is Roy, he is as very friendly. There was a really cold night before my check-out. My locks froze in my truck so when I was getting ready to check-out I realized I couldn’t get in my truck. I had to go get some lock de-over which made me run late checking out. He was super understanding it was much appreciated. I’ll stay here again.

The heat in the room did not respond to turning up the thermostat resulting in a frigid nights sleep at 58 degrees in the room. The bed blanket was thin resulting in one of the guests sleeping in their coat. The black grout in the bathroom might have been unsealed as it stained the guests socks with black marks. Great location and appeared to be clean. Could have utilized a mirror in the main room. One guest had to put make up on in the car since the other guest was in the bathroom shower where the only mirror was. But the car mirror was a warm benefit.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice, my problem was the smell of a cleaner or air freshener or something in the room that was so powerful it made my eyes burn and thought hurr. Then we had no towels and couldn't find staff to get more. Other than that it was. Nice place..

If you plan on getting to the property after 9 pm, you’ll have to call beforehand to make sure someone is there to give you your keys! Room was clean but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The receptionist was unfriendly and clearly strung out. Room upon entry looked okay but the bathroom was deplorable, shower floor covered in mud and p*bes, toilet hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Had to call 911 because some dr*g addicts outside were SCREAMING their heads off threatening to beat each other and banging on something so hard it sounded like gunsh*ts. Felt so unsafe even in the day time. Do not bring children here or stay alone if you are a female.

The room stank of a very pungent cleaning product, burned our eyes and we felt it in our sinuses. Our clothes stink of it. The towels were tattered and had black dirty spots on them and other discolored stains. Got new towels and theywere marginally better. Hot water lasted maybe five minutes, not enough for two people to shower back to back.

This was my second stay. The first wasn’t great as they didn’t have a clean room for us to check into until after 5. This time my niece was given a dirty room, no toilet paper, footprints on the sticky floor, dirty sheets. Finally was switched to another dirty room but they decided to just settle for that. Then after dinner we arrived back to find a group of three people in their room. The management had given my niece someone else’s room! Nothing was missing but it took another 45 minutes to straighten out and they missed part of our event. I won’t be booking this place again.

This was our second stay here (and last). The first stay was strange as it took u til after 5:00 to find a clean room for us. But this recent trip was worse. My niece was given a dirty room. The manager explained that the housekeeper left early. They were given another room (also not very clean). They chose to stay in that one but- when we arrived back from dinner there were three people moving their things into the room. They had given it to another group. It was eventually straightened out but it took another 45 minutes out of our visit. I’ll definitely choose other accommodations next time
