Great Spot in Downtown Healdsburg

Great spot next to downtown Healdsburg! No issues parking or getting into the unit and it really is in a super convenient location. House keeping came every morning during our stay and the place was very clean and spacious. The fire pit on the private patio was excellent after a long day of wineries and restaurants. Lo and Behold, The Elephant in the room, rockpile, and coyote are all basically within shouting distance. We walked to the Madrona (about a mile down the street) for a strong brunch game. Highly recommend as a good alternative to the hotels in the area!

Nice little cottage. Very clean and comfortable and plenty of space for two people. Parking is right outside in the main shopping center parking. Breakfast is at one of the company's inns all within a short walk of this cottage. Free wine tasting for 2 at their various wine properties was a real bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Nice suited near downtown Healdsburg

Unexpected nice suite two blocks from downtown Healdsburg. Nice amenities, could have a little more interior lighting. Also steps from a tasting room associated with Rockhouse with free tasting. A nice home base for exploring the area.

Property manager canceled our reservation at 11:45a the same day as check in for our Expedia booking. Offered to move us to an adult only AirBNB for adjusted pricing, but not a discounted price for inconvenience. When I called to clarify what maintenance issue occurred, he was flustered and just kept referencing it was 'complicated' and then a variety of different potential issues. This was business decision with overbooking or re-booking another party at a higher rate. We expect properties on Expedia to be held to a better standard.

Perfect luxury apartment downtown Healdsburg

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a trip to Healdsburg, our first, and we invited our two dear friends to join us. None of us could have imagined a more perfect accommodation than the Rockhouse. The home, divided into two separate apartments, is completely charming yet brand new, with incredible finishes from top to bottom. Pure luxury, but comfortable. We were stunned. The patio and fire pit was the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine after a full day of, well, drinking wine. When in wine country, right? And the location – couldn’t be better. Tucked back but right off of downtown, we were walkable to a handful of incredible restaurants, cafes and shops. To top off our unforgettable experience, on our last day we visited the Wilson Family Winery and were taken care of like family. We couldn’t recommend the Rockhouse any more. Our only regret is not staying longer! I’ve never visited the same place twice, but I think we’ll have to make an exception. It was too perfect!

Vinyl flooring was coming up in several areas. Felt like it flooded. They tried to screw the buckling boards down. No blackout curtains anywhere, the window treatments were not adequate. The couch was not a couch but an awkward bench. Not comfortable or usable really.

Great & cozy little place right on the edge of Healdsburg. Several locations are within walking distance. Room itself is great. Bathroom is amazing. Only cons I'd comment on is a couple of the pillows were flat and the bench//wooden couch in the living room is seriously uncomfortable. Would almost suggest removing it and just use the bamboo seats that were very comfortable. Either way the cons were minor and enjoyed the stay overall.

Love this whole experience at "10++"

Really enjoyed this place, clean, comfortable and close to everything. The breakfast was amazing at Grape Leaf Inn. The manager was wonderful and the patio a delightful way to start the day. Also used the discounts provided at the wineries we visited. Loved everything about our experience.

Great apartment with central location

Comfortable, newly remodeled, and well appointed apartment in an incredibly central location - walking distance to everything. The layout was just as nice as in the pictures, all of the linens and toiletries were of high quality, and the furniture was very comfortable. Stayed in the garden suite, which had a lovey blooming garden and outdoor seating. The apartment was very clean and a housekeeper came by during the stay. There’s a bit of construction in the area which impacts the directions you get online, but the property send a helpful welcome email with instruction with easy parking in a dedicated spot out front. A bottle of wine upon arrival was a very nice surprise - thanks again!

Awesome location and beautiful property!

Everything about Rockhouse is awesome. I have 2 suggestions: 1. Provide a full length mirror 2. Provide a caffeinated alternative for the coffee maker. The coffee provided was only decaf - not the best way to wake up in the AM. Other than that-stay was perfection! Thank you!
