The bathroom could have been a little cleaner—there was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the toilet. There was a lot of dust on the Kleenex holder. "

"My daughter‘s Apple Watch was stolen while we were out for the day on Saturday. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign up stating no housekeeping services would be requested. Additionally, our fire alarm had been removed from our wall and was sitting in a drawer, and we did not realize that until our second morning. The lady who runs the breakfast is incredibly rude and suggested we fill a water bottle for my daughter in the bathroom instead of her being willing to fill it from the kitchen sink right behind her. Waiting for a callback from management, will update if anything has been addressed."
