"This hotel used to be my number one choice. I’ve stayed here several times over the past three years, but it has changed. The breakfast wasn’t great this time—they’ve definitely reduced the variety of food. There wasn’t enough for the number of guests, and you had to stand in line just to get hot items. One waffle maker was broken for three days, and the other kept shutting off from overheating. The hotel is still clean and freshly renovated, but it now feels more like a place for a quick one-night stop rather than somewhere you’d want to return to again and again."

"Super clean rooms, the hotel itself is nice on the inside but the areas surrounding and parking lot are very sketchy. The staff is friendly but not very informative. "

"This hotel is HORRIBLE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into a $494.91 charge for 2 days. You have to pay $36 per vehicle per day for the parking garage. Plus a $75 security deposit when there’s nothing about either of these charges when you initially reserve the room but you can’t cancel the room without paying the price you reserved. Then after paying that much and waiting for ages for the worlds slowest elevator (where only 2 out of 3 elevators even work) we walked into a dirty room. Food and crumbs all over the floor and a filthy shower with hair all over the shower walls. Plus housekeeping knocking on our door at 8am Saturday morning despite our do not disturb sign being on the door. "
