"I had to be moved 3 times! the first room fridge didnt work and smelled horrible, oh and the tv didnt work. and the second had no cold water, tv didnt work, and also smelled, and in the 3rd one it had no shower curtain. "

"I woke up with multiple insect bites and decided to cut my stay short due to this. I asked if I could get a refund for the day I had left and they refused to give it to me."

"When we got to our room, the door wasn’t even closed. Supposedly housekeeping possibly didn’t close it all the way. When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! He just kept on mouthing so we left immediately to alert the manager on duty and got another room on a different floor. She was very nice and understanding but she wasn’t able to make the change easily because we booked it through Expedia. After a phone call to figure it out, we finally got settled in another room."

"My original reservation was canceled because the charge that was not suppose to happened happend even though I checked the box saying pay on site. The young woman at the counter did not know what she was doing therfore I did not receive my military discount. There were NO nightmanagers on the evening shift to fix mine or others peoblems. The room was nice, however the balcony door was screwed shut. "
