The check in was okay, but don't expect your room to be ready early-- everyone was waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The room we received wasn't very good, it was a 5-7 minute walk up and down 2 elevators from the lobby and it was a maze to get there. Many of the guests were getting lost on how to get back to the lobby. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom had a cup that was left uncleaned from another guest and the pillows were the synthetic type that go flat when you put your head on it. The best things were the breakfast choices and the porter. He was the nicest and most helpful with storing the bags and helping get it in your airport transfer.

"Hotel check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious but I did book a superior room. Lots of hotels and pubs always fail to provide hair conditioners, tissues and face washers.
