"Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Unfortunately the pool / spa area is grubby. From a long time of not being cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was kept nice and clean."

"For our 4 night stay everything was good. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had catering at the FOCUS festival in Newark. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Our only gripe was that the lift was out of order for the whole 4 days, so we had a bit of a climb to the 2nd floor."

"It's a beautiful property, decorated perfectly. Both of the hosts were lovely, with a very warm welcome on arrival. Breakfast was served on the patio in the sun and was really tasty. Would stay there again in a heartbeat."
