"Beautiful hotel. Good location. Right off of 405 Fwy, 10 minutes from LAX. Plenty of restaurant and fast food choices nearby. Cons: No free breakfast, $20 parking. Stayed in Room 458 and there was a droning noise that maintenance could not correct. Affected my room and 456. Only stayed one night so didn't want to change rooms."

We noticed that the surrounding area is a little sketch, but we felt safe at the Hampton Inn. My hubby and I loved the breakfast and the complimentary cookies. "It was nice, the only reason for the 4 stars is that while we were all sleeping the fire alarm went off because one of the patrons burned popcorn in their room. The alarm of course was ear piercing but it took about 30 minutes for the alarm to be reset. In the meantime all of the patrons were waiting out in the cold. No one explained why we were in the lobby or outside. Why the fire alarm went off. The patron of the room came out to the lobby and was surprised to see all of the other patrons...
