"Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. "We visited with out 3 girls during half term. We really liked the layout of the apartment and it had everything we needed (although we forgot to take towels which weren't supplied - our bad!) The surrounding are beautiful and interesting with the old ironworks directly opposite. We found a nice pub, the Anglers Arms, just up the road with friendly staff and the food looked good. Our only very minor gripes are - we couldn't get one of the radiators to come on downstairs - not too bad when we went...
