We handed in our key, went out for 4-5 hours and found that nobody had cleaned the room before we came back...

It was a very stressful situation to negotiate with them. The property was advertised as having free shuttle airport pickup, but they charged us INR 675 towards airport pickup. They also advertise as breakfast included, but it doesn't appear it is complement."
