"In the site of Expedia it is mentioned that the location of the hotel is in Shimla But the hotel is far away even 15 KM away from kufri. The rooms are not good the flush of the toilet is not functioning we have to wait more than an hour to got it repaired . Our family, my friend and his family also with me, insisted us to vacate the room. We have vacated the rooms next day early in the morning eventhough we booked the rooms for 2 days. "Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly.
