"Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. "Reception staff particularly Tamana and Anuradha were friendly and very helpful. The service they provided was impeccable. Restaurant staff were largely not as attentive/helpful bar one member of staff who served us on our first day. Tables were not cleaned promptly between services. The service in the restaurant was off putting to say the least."
