"This is the review you're looking for. We were traveling from Sonoma up to Seattle and looking for a place to stay along the 101/1. We stumbled upon this hotel via a Google search and are so glad that we booked this boutique hotel. We were immediately upgraded at check-in by the helpful staff. The rooms were newly renovated and so adorable. Everything was clean, and the overlook to the river was spectacular. The restaurant at the hotel, Sweet Waters, is so delicious, and we highly recommend eating there. Our only complaint was that we only spent one night there!"

"The staff we worked with at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was well presented and had lots of options. The location is great. We hadn't been there for a couple of years and the finishes in our room were looking a little worn around the edges, but the bed was great, firm enough, but not uncomfortable!"

"We stayed here last week and we had a nice room on the second floor, it was nice and newer. This week we came back and our room was on the first floor, it was not as nice as the room upstairs. the sink faucet was not working properly and shower faucet was hard to open. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The bed was comfortable and clean."

"The Inn reminded me of old boarding house. All the guest rooms were upstairs. The place was nicely renovated and eclectically decorated with antiques and other oddities. Steve, the owner, was super nice and helpful. You could tell he was excited about the area and wanted share tips about where to go, what to do and where to eat, etc. The place was clean and quiet. If we need to stay in the area again, we will definitely choose the Foster Lake Inn!"
