"This was an unscheduled stop in our trip. We were grateful that they had a room. The hotel is very clean both inside and out. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect for our stay. Close to the freeway entrance, close to shopping, and close to many places to eat. Will stay here next time we drive through."

"Felt like I was putting the motel clerk out just by checking in. He didn't greet me when I walked in, very abrupt, kind of rude, didn't even tell me when check out was. There were ants in the room and he didn't seemed concerned about it."

"We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!"
