"The room was great for a family. It was a bit farther to the subway than I would have liked since it's at the opposite end of Ueno station. The JR train line is closer. It tis convenient to get around the city and about 10 minutes walk away is a bustling street with food and shops. It is very quiet around the hotel. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very friendly. "

"The room was spacious and clean. Location was great, 10-15 min walk to Japan's biggest Kura, Senso-ji temple and Nakamise Dori street market. If you want to buy souvneirs, Don Quijote is around that area. The only issue I had was that the dryer did not function too well, my clothes were only half dry and some had a weird smell afterward. I would go back and stay there next time. I love the 4 queen sized beds."

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "
