"Very nice appartment with everything you could need. Nice building with lots of activities for the whole family. The only downside is that theres is a lack of parking spaces because the number of handicap spaces not being used is way too many."

"Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out.
Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils.
I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could...

We stayed 3 nights over a weekend in a Comfort Twin Room. The hotel is right in the centre of the town but is quiet. Facilities are very good with a good breakfast and a restaurant that offers a choice of a buffet or complete a la carte. We tried both. Nice spa, helpful staff. Easy walking access to other restaurants nearby if needed. Our room was large but a little utilitarian.

A very busy hotel with many bus tour group guests but the quality of the service and the quality, quantity and availability of the buffet style breakfast and dinner were all excellent. Guests staying for several nights had their own reserved tables for dinner and the service by the Head Waitresses (sometimes a blonde haired lady and sometimes a reddish haired lady) regarding ordering of drinks was exceptional.

The hotel was difficult to find the first time, but there was no need to drive anywhere because we were able to walk to every place to visit! Take the train to Brocken! Walk to the old town and castle!

Lovely hotel in the Harz Mountains. Located next to a small lake in the centre of the small town with a few restaurants in walking distance. You need a car but very quick to get to all the main sights in the mountains Service very good. rooms lovely only some have lake views. Diiner limited menu and fairly expensive but very good with large portions. Breakfast a really good choice with it topped up throughout service and with eggs cooked to order. Would definately stay here again if in the...

Beautiful hotel and very well managed. Owners were extremely helpful. Views from balcony of River Bode exceptional and plenty of walking routes from the hotel available.
Breakfast tasty and plentiful.
Dog friendly. Would definitely return!

Great hotel close to nature, pity couldn't explore around because were only staying for short period and for work. Hotel was nice, not a usual city modern hotel. Restaurant was good, they have set menu each day for dinner and food was amazing. Good choice for breakfast as well.

Fabulous place to stay if you want something different. Large clean bedrooms & great breakfast. There was a wedding on when we arrived but they allowed us to stay & eat as nowhere else around had availability. Lovely to have the church next door & grounds to walk around. Highly recommend. Shop nearby for spirits & liqueurs that are made in the local distillery.
