Amazing stay

Very nice hotel. In a charming mid evil city of Germany. The room itself was large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing choices for all walks of life.

Room was nice and clean. Most of the staff were great except one of the reception staff was a little rude when I went to check in; the gentleman that did check me in was great. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel and they had a HUGE breakfast selection!

Poor english skills from the Hotel reception.... No info that the room will not be cleaned if you do not request it. (Only info in GErman) When requested cleaning they didnt do it..... Poor Wifi connection

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und besitzt eine gute Anbindung zum benachbarten Parkhaus. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Vi ankom en søndag, personale i receptionen var hjælpsomme, men det tog over 20 min. at få vores nøgler, ved ikke om de ikke var ordentligt oplært, eller det var sprogproblemer. Vi talte tysk, og vi taler tysk flydende, hvilket personalet ikke gjorde! Lang tid siden vi sidst har været på HKK, men husker det altid som et godt hotel. Værelserne er ok, men maden i restauranten levede ikke længere op til den standard vi husker.

Entgegen meiner Buchung bekam ich ein Familienzimmer anstatt des Komfortzimmers. Das ist nicht gut, wenn die Erwartungshaltung gleich zu Anfang des Aufenthalts nicht erfüllt wird. Auf die Hotelbar haben wir verzichtet, weil dort geraucht werden darf. Eine zweite Nichtraucher -Bar hat nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Das Personal hat insgesamt eine gute Serviceorientierung, und das Frühstück ist erstklassig, große Auswahl und sehr lecker. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel.

Das Zimmer in dem wir waren, war einfach perfekt. Sauber, modern und großzügig. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und frisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ja das Zimmer war top i.O und das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Leider mußten wir 3 Stunden nach unserer Ankunft wieder abreisen, da wir für meinen Mann unverhofft den Notdienst rufen mußten. Somit war der Abend gelaufen und auch das gebucht Event im Hotel. Es sollte wohl nicht sein. 😏
