The rooms were clean, but very small (cruise ship size) and worn. Shower leaking out of the door. Worped flooring due to shower leaking. Bathroom and shower were all black in color a very dark.

Not 5 stars because notified them on the last night stay of the smell of weed in the room. Took over an hour to send someone with air fresher saying they really couldn’t anything.

Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending ...
