"Great stay overall! Lobby was beautiful. Room was lovely, spacious and clean, bed, pillows & sheets were very comfortable. We had both a shower and a shower/tub combo in the large bathroom. I chose the shower, which water was only slightly warm in, no matter what I did. The shower/tub combo had much warmer water. Cold water in shower was really my only complaint."

"First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend. Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask. Update the facility and this would be a 10 hotel to stay at. We would gave the facility a 4 (bed was comfortable) but the staff a 12 out of 10! They were that great! Overall because of the staff we would give it an 8.5."
