The Capitol Hotel
No towels in the room when we arrived. Rooms are loud and you can hear everything from people next door, upstairs or in the hall. The street traffic was weirdly load too (7th floor). Breakfast wasn't bad and the beds were good.

Not the worst I've stayed in. However, also not the worst by a mile. They are going through renovations which explains the haphazard appearance. Close to locations downtown including the hospital. Had a smell of smoke. Shower curtain bar was broken on the wall. I had to be creative to close the curtain
