Our bed had a sag on one side so you either had to be in the middle or if felt like you were falling out. A baseball team was sharing the floor and were quite noisy and did some prank calls to our room until we unplugged the phone."

We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light on, it seems it never gets descaled. Staff - I waited for 5 minutes at the front when checking in, and they refused to offer any connecting rooms or even put us on the same floor. "
