"There was no one major item that made for a poor experience. It was an accumulation of numerous small things. A broken light, dingy towels, a missing soap dish, only half a privacy curtain, a luggage dolly with a flat tire... The shower pressure was pretty good though."

"Stay was nice, we just used to overnight as we were passing thru. We asked for a later check out and were told no, then they called our room 3 min after check out time. Annoyed because we were just waiting for a cart to be available to get out sutecases to the car."
