"Decent place but I would probably not stay here again. The mattress felt like a box spring and was very hard, the walls were stained and the wallpaper was ripping in some areas, the walls were thin so you can easily here rooms beside you talking, on top of the fridge and desk there was dust and it looked like that hadn’t been wiped down in a while and my rooms floor had a black spot stains. I don’t think it was worth the price and I would rather spend a little more next time to get a better...

"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"

"12th floor onsen view was truly breathtaking. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice, even though there was a language barrier they were patient with me and helped me out a lot!"
