"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

"The reception staff was lovely but the room was not ready at 9pm.. The room i got was in terrible condition. The sockets were uncovered, as was the smoke detector in the ceiling, im not even sure it worked.
It was extremely noisy early in the morning, with doors slamming constantly from 6am. At 6:30am housekeeping tried to enter my room to clean... It was very cheap but i did not get adequate rest, definitely won't stay again. "
